About Me

I’m Joanne, a Wellness Practitioner and certified breathwork instructor. I have experience working in mental health support roles and offer non-clinical, wellbeing-focused sessions.

Through Breathwork & Beyond, I support stress management, emotional regulation, and nervous system balance using evidence-informed breathwork and practical wellbeing tools. My approach is compassionate, grounded, and designed to support everyday life rather than clinical treatment.
